# Transaction.Type

## Type

Gets transaction type.

Environments: Desktop supported · CLI supported · Cloud supported.

C#:

```csharp
TransactionType Type {get;}
```

Python:

```python
transaction.Type: TransactionType
```

### Returns

`TransactionType` — 

Available since cAlgo.API 5.2.

### Examples

C#:

```csharp
var withdrawals = Transactions.Count(transaction => transaction.Type == TransactionType.Withdrawal);
Print("Withdrawals: {0}", withdrawals);
```

Python:

```python
withdrawals = len([transaction for transaction in api.Transactions if transaction.Type == TransactionType.Withdrawal])
api.Print(f"Withdrawals: {withdrawals}")
```
