Occurs when the draggable's location is changed.

Environment behaviour

CLI — not supported. Never displayed: starts at X=0, Y=0; position changes are not applied and LocationChanged never fires.

Cloud — not supported. Never displayed: starts at X=0, Y=0; position changes are not applied and LocationChanged never fires.
