# ControlBase.Bottom

## Bottom

Gets or sets the position of the chart control to the bottom of the chart area. Works only when the control is inside the Canvas panel.

Environments: Desktop supported · CLI not supported · Cloud not supported.

- CLI: Accepted without error but never displayed, so control events such as Click are never raised.
- Cloud: Accepted without error but never displayed, so control events such as Click are never raised.

C#:

```csharp
public double Bottom {get; set;}
```

Python:

```python
controlBase.Bottom: float
```

### Returns

`double` — The bottom.

### Examples

C#:

```csharp
var canvas = new Canvas();
var textBlock = new TextBlock { Text = "Equity", Left = 20, Bottom = 40 };
canvas.AddChild(textBlock);
Chart.AddControl(canvas);
Print("Bottom: {0}", textBlock.Bottom);
```

canvas = Canvas()
textBlock = TextBlock()
