# GridChildPositionInfo.ColumnSpan

## ColumnSpan

Gets column span of child.

Environments: Desktop supported · CLI supported · Cloud supported.

C#:

```csharp
public int ColumnSpan {get;}
```

Python:

```python
gridChildPositionInfo.ColumnSpan: int
```

### Returns

`int` — 

Available since cAlgo.API 5.4.

### Examples

C#:

```csharp
var grid = new Grid(2, 3);
var header = new TextBlock { Text = "Positions" };
grid.AddChild(header, 0, 0, 1, 3);
var position = grid.GetChildPosition(header);
if (position.HasValue)
    Print("Column span: {0}", position.Value.ColumnSpan);
```

Python:

```python
grid = Grid(2, 3)
header = TextBlock()
header.Text = "Positions"
grid.AddChild(header, 0, 0, 1, 3)
