# GridChildPositionInfo.RowSpan

## RowSpan

Gets row span of child.

Environments: Desktop supported · CLI supported · Cloud supported.

C#:

```csharp
public int RowSpan {get;}
```

Python:

```python
gridChildPositionInfo.RowSpan: int
```

### Returns

`int` — 

Available since cAlgo.API 5.4.

### Examples

C#:

```csharp
var grid = new Grid(3, 2);
var sideBar = new Border { BackgroundColor = Color.DarkSlateGray };
grid.AddChild(sideBar, 0, 0, 3, 1);
var position = grid.GetChildPosition(sideBar);
if (position.HasValue)
    Print("Row span: {0}", position.Value.RowSpan);
```

Python:
