# ProgressBar.IsIndeterminate

## IsIndeterminate

Gets / sets whether the ProgressBar shows actual values or generic, continuous progress feedback.

Environments: Desktop supported · CLI not supported · Cloud not supported.

- CLI: Accepted without error but never displayed, so control events such as Click are never raised.
- Cloud: Accepted without error but never displayed, so control events such as Click are never raised.

C#:

```csharp
public bool IsIndeterminate {get; set;}
```

Python:

```python
progressBar.IsIndeterminate: bool
```

### Returns

`bool` — 

Available since cAlgo.API 5.1.

### Examples

C#:

```csharp
var progressBar = new ProgressBar { Width = 200, Height = 10, IsIndeterminate = true };
Chart.AddControl(progressBar);
Print("Indeterminate: {0}", progressBar.IsIndeterminate);
```

Python:

```python
progressBar = ProgressBar()
progressBar.Width = 200
progressBar.Height = 10
progressBar.IsIndeterminate = True
api.Chart.AddControl(progressBar)
api.Print(f"Indeterminate: {progressBar.IsIndeterminate}")
```
