Polynomial Regression Channel (PRC) is an RTX Extension indicator that draws a best fit n-degree polynomial regression line through a recent period of data.

Definition

PolynomialRegressionChannels PolynomialRegressionChannels(int degree, int periods, double standardDeviation, double standardDeviation2)
api.Indicators.PolynomialRegressionChannels(degree: int, periods: int, standardDeviation: float, standardDeviation2: float) -> PolynomialRegressionChannels

Parameters

Name C# type Python type Description
degree int int The degree of PolynomialRegressionChannels
periods int int The period of PolynomialRegressionChannels
standardDeviation double float The first standardDeviation of PolynomialRegressionChannels
standardDeviation2 double float The second standardDeviation of PolynomialRegressionChannels

Returns PolynomialRegressionChannels — PolynomialRegressionChannels

Examples

var prc = Indicators.PolynomialRegressionChannels(3, 120, 1.62, 2);
Print("PRC: {0}, upper: {1}, lower: {2}", prc.Prc.LastValue, prc.Sqh.LastValue, prc.Sql.LastValue);
prc = api.Indicators.PolynomialRegressionChannels(3, 120, 1.62, 2)
api.Print(f"PRC: {prc.Prc.LastValue}, upper: {prc.Sqh.LastValue}, lower: {prc.Sql.LastValue}")
