# Ticks.LoadMoreHistory

## LoadMoreHistory()

Loads more historical ticks. Method returns the number of loaded ticks that were added to the beginning of the collection.

Environments: Desktop supported · CLI supported · Cloud supported.

C#:

```csharp
int LoadMoreHistory()
```

Python:

```python
ticks.LoadMoreHistory() -> int
```

### Returns

`int` — Number of loaded bars

### Examples

C#:

```csharp
var ticks = MarketData.GetTicks();
var loadedCount = ticks.LoadMoreHistory();
Print("Loaded {0} more ticks, total: {1}", loadedCount, ticks.Count);
```

Python:

```python
ticks = api.MarketData.GetTicks()
loadedCount = ticks.LoadMoreHistory()
api.Print(f"Loaded {loadedCount} more ticks, total: {ticks.Count}")
```
