# INotifications.SendEmail

## SendEmail(string from, string to, string subject, string text)

Sends a notification email message.

Environments: Desktop supported · CLI supported · Cloud not supported.

- Cloud: No email is sent and nothing is logged. No error is reported.

C#:

```csharp
void SendEmail(string from, string to, string subject, string text)
```

Python:

```python
api.Notifications.SendEmail(from: str, to: str, subject: str, text: str) -> None
```

### Parameters

- `from` (`string`, Python `str`): Sender's Address
- `to` (`string`, Python `str`): Recipient's Address
- `subject` (`string`, Python `str`): Email Subject
- `text` (`string`, Python `str`): Email Body

### Examples

C#:

```csharp
Notifications.SendEmail("from@email.com", "to@email.com",
            "Email Notification Subject", "Email body");
```

Python:

```python
api.Notifications.SendEmail("from@email.com", "to@email.com",
            "Email Notification Subject", "Email body")
```
