# ChartManager.RemoveFrame

## RemoveFrame(string frameId)

Removes a frame by it is Id.

Environments: Desktop supported · CLI not supported · Cloud not supported.

- CLI: Available to plugins only, and plugins cannot run in the CLI.
- Cloud: Available to plugins only, and plugins cannot run in the cloud.

C#:

```csharp
bool RemoveFrame(string frameId)
```

Python:

```python
api.ChartManager.RemoveFrame(frameId: str) -> bool
```

### Parameters

- `frameId` (`string`, Python `str`): Frame Id

### Returns

`bool` — True if successful otherwise false.

### Examples

C#:

```csharp
var customFrame = ChartManager.AddCustomFrame("Temporary Frame");
Print("Frame removed: {0}", ChartManager.RemoveFrame(customFrame.Id));
```

Python:

```python
customFrame = api.ChartManager.AddCustomFrame("Temporary Frame")
api.Print(f"Frame removed: {api.ChartManager.RemoveFrame(customFrame.Id)}")
```
