# CustomSymbol.Name

## Name

Gets custom symbol unique name.

Environments: Desktop supported · CLI not supported · Cloud not supported.

- CLI: Available to plugins only, and plugins cannot run in the CLI.
- Cloud: Available to plugins only, and plugins cannot run in the cloud.

C#:

```csharp
string Name {get;}
```

Python:

```python
customSymbol.Name: str
```

### Returns

`string` — 

Available since cAlgo.API 5.3.

### Examples

C#:

```csharp
foreach (var customSymbol in CustomSymbols)
    Print("Custom symbol: {0}", customSymbol.Name);
```

Python:

```python
for customSymbol in api.CustomSymbols:

```
