# CustomSymbolFuturesSettings constructor

## CustomSymbolFuturesSettings(DateTime lastTradeTime, DateTime expirationTime, double? maintenanceMargin)

Creates a new custom symbol futures settings.

Environments: Desktop supported · CLI not supported · Cloud not supported.

- CLI: Available to plugins only, and plugins cannot run in the CLI.
- Cloud: Available to plugins only, and plugins cannot run in the cloud.

C#:

```csharp
public CustomSymbolFuturesSettings(DateTime lastTradeTime, DateTime expirationTime, double? maintenanceMargin)
```

Python:

```python
CustomSymbolFuturesSettings(lastTradeTime: DateTime, expirationTime: DateTime, maintenanceMargin: float | None)
```

### Parameters

- `lastTradeTime` (`DateTime`, Python `DateTime`): Last contract trade time
- `expirationTime` (`DateTime`, Python `DateTime`): Contract expiration time
- `maintenanceMargin` (`double?`, Python `float | None`): Amount of maintenance margin

Available since cAlgo.API 5.3.

var futuresSettings = new CustomSymbolFuturesSettings(new DateTime(2025, 12, 19, 20, 0, 0), new DateTime(2025, 12, 22, 0, 0, 0), null);
