Occurs when tab attached.

Environments: Desktop supported · CLI not supported · Cloud not supported.

- CLI: Available to plugins only, and plugins cannot run in the CLI.
- Cloud: Available to plugins only, and plugins cannot run in the cloud.

C#:

event Action<TradeWatchTabAttachedEventArgs> Attached;
```
