Reset cTID Password

In case you forgot your cTID password, you can reset it. Click on 'Forgot Password' on the main page of the cTrader ID website or follow this link.

Alternatively, you can use the 'Forgot Password' functionality in any cTrader application.

You will proceed to the password reset screen. Enter your email address, which you used to create the cTID, check the reCAPTCHA and press 'Reset Password'.

To the same email, you will receive a request to reset your cTID password. Click on 'Reset Password' in the email body.

Afterward, you will be suggested to set a new password. Enter your new password, repeat it, and click on 'Reset Password'.

cTrader will sent you an email that the password has been succesfully reset.
