Install

cTrader Mobile is distributed in two ways: the cross-broker app and broker-branded apps.

App Accounts
Cross-broker cTrader All cTrader accounts across brokers
Broker-branded cTrader cTrader accounts with that broker only

Note

Whichever app you install, you need to open a trading account with a broker to proceed to trading.

Cross-broker app

The cross-broker app connects to any broker that offers cTrader.

Tip

Use the cross-broker cTrader app if you have several accounts with multiple brokers.

Get cTrader from its download page, which carries every channel:

Install cTrader from the App Store.

Install the app from one of the Android stores:

Install the APK directly when your device has no store app, or your store does not carry cTrader.

  1. Download the APK.
  2. Open the file and, when prompted, allow installation from the app you downloaded it with.

Warning

  • Take the APK only from cTrader's own download page. A copy from any other site may have been modified to steal your cTrader credentials.
  • The APK does not update itself, so you have to download each new release yourself.
  • The APK is signed with a different key from the store builds, so a store version cannot be installed over the top of it. To move to a store build, uninstall the APK first.

Broker-branded apps

Brokers publish their own builds of cTrader Mobile, carrying the broker's name and logo.

Tip

Use a broker-branded cTrader app if you have all your accounts with one broker you have already chosen.

To find the app:

  1. Follow the download link on your broker's website, which points at the right store listing.
  2. If the website has none, search your store for the broker's name together with "cTrader".

The store listing automatically checks your device before offering you the app.
