Become a seller

After you sign in, tap the Join as a seller button.

You must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to offer paid or free products in cTrader Store.

Note

KYC is handled by our trusted partner Sumsub. cTrader Store does not store or process your documents.

Tip

If you have previously passed KYC with Sumsub, you can use your existing Sumsub ID.

KYC verification

You will need to complete the following steps for the KYC process:

  1. Upload a valid government-issued document such as a passport or national ID card. See the full list of accepted documents.
  2. Perform a selfie (liveness) verification using a smartphone camera or a computer webcam. For more details, see Sumsub’s selfie verification guide.

  3. Provide any of the following as proof of residential address:

    • Utility bill (issued within the last 3 months)
    • Bank statement
    • Official letter from a government authority

Note

Upload scanned copies or high-quality photos of the documents.

Verification outcomes

There are three possible outcomes for your verification:

Successful – you are ready to publish your paid and free products in cTrader Store.

Additional verification required – your application is subject to additional review, typically regarding address documentation. Our team will contact you within 1-2 business days with guidance on the next steps.

Rejected – you can contact our support team at support@ctrader.com for a manual review of your application.

Once your account is verified as a seller, you can start publishing products.

Warning

Due to banking regulations, citizens of Russia and Belarus can complete KYC verification, but their registered address must be outside these countries.
