Buy a product¶
Why Store purchases are secure
- A 14-day money-back period applies to all paid products in Store.
- All Store sellers undergo KYC via Sumsub with ongoing monitoring.
- Secure payments in cTrader Store are powered by Nuvei.
- cTrader does not collect and store your payment method details.
Select a product in cTrader Store and click Buy now on the product page.
Warning
You buy a product for the cTrader ID account you are currently logged into in cTrader Store.
Users with a different cTID cannot open or start this product in cTrader.
Before your first purchase in cTrader Store, select and confirm your location.
Then, complete the secure Payment form.
Warning
Your payment card must be issued in the country you selected. Otherwise, the payment will not be processed.
You can pay for a product with a debit or credit card. Supported cards include Visa, MasterCard and other popular payment systems.
Note
Store bonuses, if available, are applied automatically during checkout, reducing the final price as shown in the checkout window.
After a successful purchase, the Buy now button changes to Install. Now, you can install and use the product in cTrader.
Trial versions¶
A seller may offer a free trial copy that lets you test the product before deciding whether to purchase the full version.
Note
Trial versions are provided and managed by the seller and may include product limitations, restricted usage periods or other conditions.
If a trial version is available, the product page displays the Try for free button. Click it, and the trial version becomes linked to your cTID and appears in your cTrader apps. You can start using the trial product immediately.
You can upgrade to the full paid version at any time by returning to the product page and clicking the Buy now button. With cloud synchronisation enabled, the trial version will be replaced by the full version automatically, and you will be able to use the product without any limitations.
Product versions¶
Sellers can offer multiple versions of their products, which appear in the Version history tab on the product page. Each version represents a specific product release, often containing new features, improvements or fixes compared to earlier releases.
Note
When you pay for a product, you gain access to all the product versions available to buyers. Sellers may publish new versions over time, and you will be able to install these updates at no additional cost.
Click the Install button next to a product version, and with cloud synchronisation enabled, this version will be installed automatically to your cTrader apps, replacing the current version.
Free products¶
Free products are available in cTrader Store, and you can install them on your account by clicking Install on the product page.
Use products according to their type and compatibility with cTrader apps.
