Request a refund

You can submit a refund request within 14 days of a product purchase in any of these cases:

  • The product has technical issues that prevent it from working.
  • The available features differ significantly from the description.

Warning

Trading involves risk, and any losses incurred while using a product are not grounds for a refund.

In your Finances, navigate to Purchases and click the More icon for the product, then choose Request refund.

Select a refund reason, then click Confirm.

Provide images as evidence and describe the issue, then click Send to submit your request for review.

Note

Approved refunds are returned to the card used for the purchase.
Processing may take a few days, as refunds are reviewed by cTrader Store, the card network and your bank.
