Write a review¶
In cTrader Store, you can leave reviews to help sellers improve their products and assist other buyers in making informed decisions.
Note
You can write a review only for products you have purchased or downloaded for free.
Access your products¶
Navigate to Finances to view all free and paid products you own.
Select a product, then tap View on the Details page to open the product page.
Select a product to open its page.
Submit a review¶
In the Customer reviews tab, select Write a review or tap the rating stars at the top of the product page to open the Customer review pop-up window.
In the Customer reviews tab, select Write a review at the bottom left or click the rating stars in the header of the product page to open the Customer review pop-up window.
Enter your review and select Send to submit it.
Note
All reviews are moderated for relevance and appropriate language.
Authors may edit or delete their reviews while they are pending moderation.
If your review is approved, it will appear publicly on the product page.
