Subscribe to a product

You can subscribe to some cTrader Store products, such as cBots, indicators and plugins. Subscription is a flexible way to use them: you pay a smaller amount on a recurring basis and keep access for as long as you stay subscribed, with the freedom to cancel any time.

Secure subscriptions in cTrader Store

  • Payments in cTrader Store are powered by Nuvei.
  • cTrader does not collect or store your payment method details.
  • All Store sellers undergo KYC via Sumsub with ongoing monitoring.

Add a subscription

On the product page you can buy the product outright or, if the seller offers a subscription, switch to Subscribe and choose a plan.

In Store, a subscription-only product shows a price like From $16/mo.

Each plan shows its billing period and price. If only one plan is available, it is selected for you.

You subscribe for the cTrader ID account you are currently logged into in cTrader Store.
Users with a different cTID cannot open or start this product in cTrader.

Before your first purchase in cTrader Store, select and confirm your location. Then complete the secure Payment details form: enter the cardholder name and card details. Your email is filled in automatically based on your cTID credentials, and you can change it.

Your payment card must be issued in the country you selected. Otherwise, the payment will not be processed.

After you click Subscribe, a short processing screen appears. Do not close this window while we set up your subscription. Once it is ready, your subscription is active and you can use the product in cTrader.

Billing

Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing period, weekly, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can check the next payment date and amount for each subscription on your Subscriptions page.

Manage your subscriptions

From the menu in cTrader Store, select Account, then navigate to Subscriptions.

You can also open this page from the Manage subscriptions button shown right after you subscribe.

The Subscriptions page lists your subscriptions and saved payment methods. For each subscription you can see the product, billing period, next payment date, price, card and status, which can be:

  • Active - your subscription is paid and running.
  • Payment issue - a payment could not be taken. See Payment issues.
  • Cancelled - the subscription has been cancelled and will not renew.

You can search your subscriptions by product name and filter them by product type, subscription period or status.

Payment methods

Your payment method is saved securely so that recurring payments can be taken automatically. Your card details are handled by Nuvei.

You can pay with Visa or MasterCard.
cTrader does not store your full card number.

You can check or delete your saved payment method on your Subscriptions page.

Deleting your payment method moves all your subscriptions to Payment issue and then cancels them.

Cancel a subscription

On the Subscriptions page, open the menu for the subscription you want to stop and select Cancel subscription. Confirm your choice in the window that appears.

If you cancel the subscription, you keep access to the product until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again.

Payment issues

If a recurring payment cannot be taken (for example, your card has expired or has insufficient funds), your subscription is marked Payment issue. We then retry the payment for up to 3 days. If none of the retries succeed, the subscription is Cancelled and your access to the product ends.

Make sure your saved card is valid and has enough funds so the next retry can go through.

At checkout, you may see one of these messages:

  • Please check your card details and try again - the card details entered are not correct.
  • This card can't be used. Please try another card - the card was not accepted, so try a different one.
