cTrader Store

cTrader Store – a secure marketplace that enables the efficient distribution of both free and paid trading products, providing monetisation opportunities for creators and access to versatile tools for traders.

Product - any trading tool distributed via cTrader Store, free or paid, including cBots, indicators, plugins, copy strategies, prop challenges and more, for immediate use in cTrader apps.

Buyer – a cTrader user who accesses Store with their cTID and obtains products for seamless use across cTrader apps.

Seller – an individual or entity that publishes and distributes products via cTrader Store. Sellers may offer free or paid products and are responsible for managing updates, versions and their support.

Trial version – a free, limited version of a product offered by a seller in cTrader Store that allows users to test the product before purchasing the full version.

Product version – a specific release of a product in cTrader Store. Each version may include new features, improvements or fixes, and buyers automatically gain access to all available updates once they purchase the product.

Source code – the original algorithm code in C# or Python. It is never published to cTrader Store or uploaded to Cloud, ensuring that buyers cannot access it and protecting the intellectual property of sellers.

Algo file – a proprietary, protected file format used by cTrader to store compiled algorithms created in C# or Python. It is designed to safeguard the creator's intellectual property through in-memory execution, absence of CIL bytecode, optional obfuscation, and an anti-decompilation structure that prevents reverse engineering or file-based extraction.
